Charges Overturned For Wynn's Stalker

Updated:

The man accused of stalking casino developer Steve Wynn has most of his convictions overturned. Donald Philips was convicted last year of 14 charges including aggravated stalking.

According to prosecutors, Philips wrote Wynn several threatening letters and sent him threatening voice messages in 2000 and 2001. The man claimed to be Wynn's long lost brother. While 12 of the 14 charges were overturned, Philips will spend life behind bars for the 2 remaining charges.
