The Crazy Horse Too has been under investigation by the FBI for years, and now the manager has been arrested, charged with robbing and beating up customers. News 3's Steve Crupi reports more indictments could be in the works. A lot of people believe that club owner Rick Rizzolo is the man who truly belongs in jail, but for now his club manager, Bobby D'Apice, is the one facing federal charges, ranging from racketeering to tax evasion.

50-year-old Bobby D'Apice is described by some as a brutal thug with a criminal history who used his violent tactics on customers at the Crazy Horse Too. Auto Mechanic Jim Barrier says the Crazy Horse Too has brought nothing but trouble to the neighborhood. "From the day they moved in, I've had bashed out windows, dead bodies, I've had to call ambulances for customers of theirs."

One of the alleged victims is Kirk Henry, a Kansas tourist who says he had his neck broken by D'Apice after a night of lap dances and drinking at the Crazy Horse. Henry's attorney says D'Apice has a long criminal history. "Carrying a concealed weapon ... he's not someone that should ever have been employed at the Crazy Horse."

Numerous employees of the Crazy Horse have come under the scrutiny of the FBI. The club's owner, Rick Rizzolo, freely admits hiring people with criminal backgrounds, but has denied engaging in any criminal wrongdoing at the club. No one from the club is commenting on the indictments. D'Apice will will be arraigned in federal court today.

The Crazy Horse investigation is not directly connected to last year's FBI raids on Cheetah's and Jaguar's. The owner of those topless clubs was busted for bribing local politicians.
