Federal agents are looking into an explosion at a tattoo parlor. It happened Monday morning near Flamingo and Fort Apache.
Firefighters got the call around 2 in the morning.
When they arrived at the Black Pearl tattoo shop, they were able to get the flames under control. No one was hurt.
