A North Las Vegas Fire captain has been indicted on arson charges. The state's attorney general says Captain Gary Stover reported his car stolen, set fire to it and filed an insurance claim for the car.

Stover is charged with arson, insurance fraud and theft.

Another man, Francisco Robles, is being charged with arson for allegedly helping him burn the car and provide Stover with an alibi.
