The driver booked for DUI after a crash that killed a bicyclist couldn't even keep his head up for his mug shot at the county jail.
Metro Police say Charley Matanza was high on drugs and needed help holding his head up just to have his picture taken.
Matanza is in trouble for his involvement in a car crash Monday near Desert Inn and Sandhill; Metro Police say he hit a bicyclist from behind, dragging him several feet.
